I ordered this Hanging Suit Bag with every intention that what is stated as far as dimensions are concerned....was truly correct. When I received said item, instead of it being 42 inches long....it is 54 inches long. Way too long for the space I intend to hang it in. What's going on? Your description says 42 inches...the package itself has a cardboard wrapper which has two different places where 42 inch height is highlighted...yet it is NOT 42 inches. I am very disappointed and feel you need to address this problem. When an item is ordered from Amazon, it needs to be exactly what the customer has ordered. Sure wish someone would address this problem for me.

After finding a moth hole on a beloved jacket, I frantically searched for suit bags. I found, by happy chance, a version in Amazing Savings that was sturdy, cheap, and did the job. Since items in Amazing Savings are seasonal, I had not found those again. So I bought one of this, and I'm not as happy with it as I was with the Amazing Savings purchase.
The frame unfolds, instead of being one piece, and by the time I figured out how to keep it open and hang up the wardrobe, it folds up again. Two out of three grommets, on top where the hooks stick out from, have fallen off just in the hanging up process. Maybe I just got spoiled from the stiff vinyl in the other model.
I found the dimensions to be correct, however.

I was very pleased with this, since I had searched at all the local stores here for a zippered garment bag in the suit length. My one suggestion would be that you would include the measurements of the different bags, since that was what I was trying to find. The only clue that it was shorter was that it was described as a "suit bag"...measurements would be more helpful. Thank you.
