They look nice, keep clothes from slipping off, and the integrated hooks make using the cascading feature easy. I had bought similar hangers from a local store, but the "hook" had to be bought separately and slipped over the hanger and snapped into place. Using the cascading feature often meant switching the hooks from one hanger to another as you wore your clothes (in other words, it was a pain) and I eventually didn't use this feature. Each of these hangers however, has a hook "built-in" which makes cascading your clothes easy every time. I know, because a broken hanger arrived in the box. The standout feature of this hanger set are the clips, but there are only a precious few. The set comprised mostly of closed end " suit " hanger and 10 or so dress hangers,a closet organizer it is not. In fact the box reads differently than the seller's advert listed here on Amazon ,save your money and buy the similar cheap hangers at Marshall's or Ross. Many years ago I purchased the Original Joyce Mangano Closet Organizer with manycomponents and features so complete that I actually did organize my impressive wardrobe and they are still intact ( none broken in 9 years). I strongly recommend passing up on this product and the difficult seller ( eauction ). As others have said, they are harder to get in and out of your garments, but once you get used to that, there is nothing not to like. They are thin and sturdy and both my wife and I have made a lot of room in our closets by replacing the bigger wooden ones with these. We have much more room and the clothes are not getting wrinkled in the closet from being on top of each other. Will be getting more soon. |
