Ther are the best hangers we have ever had. I was thrilled to see the at Amazon. I have been unable to find anything like the blue ones anywhere. We tried them right away. Some worked fine. There is a plastic hook that attaches the hook part to the rest of the hanger. You open it up to hang your pants and the hook part falls off. Ever the engineer, I examined it closely. The gap on the plastic part is just a bit too big. I took a pair of pliers and squeezed the plastic paart to make the gap smaller. They now work perfectly. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or if there was bad quality control. I now have functioning hangers.
