In the past, we bought the cheap vinyl zippered closets, but the weight of the clothes pulled the whole thing down. The second one was a little sturdier, but the zipper tore away from the fabric. I was tired of the cheap stuff, so took a chance with this wardrobe. I have only owned it for one month, but I think I won't have to buy any more replacements. This wardrobe seems to be pretty sturdy. The rods are solid metal. There is a top shelf where we store sweaters and two bottom right shelves. The doors close by magnets, so I can tell when the doors are completely closed. It was also really easy to put together. My husband and I did it in less than 1 hour. The box was damaged when it arrived, but the driver and my husband checked it. The closet was not damaged at all.
