Definitely don't even bother using either of them. #2 The screws are recessed way into the product and you cannot see when you put the screw driver in to line the screw driver up with the screws. #3 The screws just spin around and the anchors that are supplied never tighten up. You keep trying and trying to tighten them and all you do is end up pushing the screws through the product and behind your wall. I presently have three screws with anchors behind my wall which fell to the floor. #4 Even when you go out and buy different anchors, like I had to, unless you can hit studs on both ends (which you can't because studs are usually spaced 16" apart and the product is wider than that), you will not be able to raise and lower the product.
