The canvas material is very thin, not "heavy duty" as it is described. The wire frame needs to be inserted into the bag and positioned, but there are no instructions on how to do this. I flipped it every which way, and none of the things I tried resulted in a firm rectangular frame for the bag to hang off of. The collapsible frame just kept collapsing inside the bag.
